Funnyple may suspend or terminate your account and any rights to use the Service if you unlawfully use the Service, support illegal conduct, or fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Please keep your password private to protect your Funnyple account. You are responsible for the activities that take place in your Funnyple account or through your Funnyple account.

Funnyple's Privacy Policy describes how Funnyple handles and protects your personal information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you agree that Funnyple may use your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Contents included in the Service
You acknowledge that Funnyple has all legal rights, power and interest in the Funnyple trade name, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names and other distinctive brand features (whether registered or not). You acknowledge and agree that these rights are protected by worldwide copyright laws and treaties.

Software included in the Service

Funnyple grants you a personal, worldwide, non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the software provided as part of the Service. This License is provided solely for the purpose of enabling you to use and benefit from the Service as provided by Funnyple in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Funnyple is constantly changing and improving the Service. Funnyple can add or remove features and can pause or stop the Service altogether.
You can stop using the Service at any time. Funnyple may also discontinue the Service at any time, or add or create new restrictions on the Service.
Your data belongs to you, and Funnyple believes it is very important that you continue to have access to this data. Funnyple will give you reasonable advance notice when reasonably possible if it decides to stop the Service and will give you the opportunity to export your information from the Service.
Funnyple Warranty and Disclaimer
Funnyple will carefully provide the Service using economically reasonable levels of technology, and hope you enjoy the service. However, there are some things that we cannot guarantee about the service.
Funnyple or Funnyple's suppliers and sellers do not make any specific promises with respect to the Service, unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions or the Additional Terms. For example, Funnyple makes no commitment to the content of the Service, to the specific functions of the Service, to the reliability, availability, or ability of the Service to meet your needs. Funnyple provides the service 'as is'.
Some jurisdictions provide specific warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Funnyple excludes all warranties to the extent permitted by law.

If you use the Funnyple Service on behalf of a business, the following terms apply. You must protect and indemnify Funnyple and Funnyple's affiliates, officers, agents and employees from any action, suit or measures arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or any breach thereof. This includes any liability, litigation, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs, and attorneys' fees.
About this Agreement
Funnyple may amend any additional terms that apply to these Terms and Conditions or the Service, such as for the purposes of reflecting changes to the law or changes in the Service. You must check the terms and conditions on a regular basis. In the event that the terms on this page change, Funnyple will post a notice of such changes and will post a notice of the amendment to the Additional Terms on the relevant Service. Such changes are not retroactive and will take effect 14 days after posting. However, any changes that are related to new features in the Service or changes due to legal reasons will take effect immediately. If you do not agree to the terms of service that have changed, you must stop using the service.
